It sure is hard getting old. but I sure had a great time getting there! Is what a little lady said to me the other day at work. Ever since then, I have not been able to get it out of my head. What a great, positive way to look at things.

Tuesday, January 5, 2010. We Made it thru the day! How did you make it thru Meatless Monday? Today was a flourishing day for me. I managed to live thru going back to class yesterday. Yes, even the teacher wants a break and it was brillant! Make sure you read the reciepe from the beginning to the end. It is just soup not rocket science so it is easy enough. One breast of chicken meat for each two people.

I have been OBSESSED with hard-boiled eggs and egg whites lately. I hard-boiled 2 dozen eggs last Tuesday and they are gone. I eat mostly the whites, but occasionally treat myself to the yolk. I have nothing against the yolk. First of all, sorry I have been MIA! .
